How to use

  • Use 1–2 times per week or as recommended.

  • Apply a large pearl-sized amount to dry skin.
  • Massage gently until the gel liquefies and pilling occurs.
  • Remove with a damp cloth and follow with serums and moisturiser.
  • For sensitive skin, apply without massaging and leave on for 5–15 minutes before removal.
  • Use as part of a personalised skincare plan recommended by The Surgery team.
  • Pro Tip For sensitive skin, use as a leave-on enzyme mask rather than massaging the product into the skin.

  • Lactobacillus/Pumpkin Ferment Extract: Rich in enzymes and antioxidants that help gently exfoliate and brighten the skin.

  • Lanablue™: A blue-green algae extract with retinoid-like properties that helps support skin renewal.
  • Fruit Enzyme Complex: A blend of pineapple, grapefruit, goji berry, raspberry and mangosteen extracts that helps exfoliate and smooth the skin.
  • Malachite Extract: A mineral-rich extract that helps support hydration and skin recovery.
  • Vitamin A, E and C: Antioxidants that help protect and support healthy-looking skin.
