These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website thesurgerydunedin.com (the "Site") and any purchases you make through our online store. The Site and online store are owned and operated by Collins Kelly Plastic Surgery Ltd (NZBN 9429050957460), trading as The Surgery Dunedin and The Skin Shop ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Site or purchasing products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
The Surgery Dunedin is a medical practice operated by Dr Anne Collins, a registered medical practitioner specialising in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
The Skin Shop is an online store operated by Collins Kelly Plastic Surgery Ltd and provides skincare, scar care and related products.
2. Medical Information Disclaimer
The information on this Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment.
Plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery is a complex and evolving field. 3. Surgical Outcomes
The outcomes of any surgical procedure vary from person to person. Recovery is influenced by many factors that are unique to each patient and cannot always be predicted.
Any photographs, testimonials or case examples shown on this Site are illustrative only. They cannot be relied upon as an indication of the results you personally can expect. We make no guarantees about the outcome of any specific procedure.
4. Online Store
4.1 Products
Our online store sells skincare, scar care and related products. All product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith and we make reasonable efforts to ensure they are accurate. Minor variations in product appearance or packaging may occur.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We accept payment through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered through Shopify from time to time. Payment is processed by our payment provider and we do not store your full payment details.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site. If a pricing error is identified after you have placed an order, we will contact you to either confirm the corrected price or cancel and refund your order.
4.3 Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We are not obliged to accept any order and may decline an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
If we decline your order, any payment received will be refunded in full.
4.4 Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping rates, delivery estimates and other shipping information are set out in our Shipping Policy.
While we make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other third parties.
Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.
4.5 Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on this Site.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
5. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
• Use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.

All content on this Site, including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements and underlying code, is owned by Dr Anne Collins or used under licence and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Trade marks, logos and trade names displayed on the Site are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing on the Site grants you any right or licence to use them.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.
We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for the content of third-party websites. Your use of those websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Security and Your Responsibilities
We use commercially reasonable measures to help keep the Site secure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Site.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your own devices, systems and accounts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
